I’m a mixed methods researcher and designer with 4+ years of experience using human insights to create ethical, impactful solutions. Grounded in human-centered design and design science, I use structured approaches to tackle complex problems, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover actionable insights. My interdisciplinary background—spanning human-centered design, anthropology, and social impact—allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles and apply the right tools for the job. I’m particularly motivated to improve services and systems that support people during complex or vulnerable situations.

With a focus on deeply understanding the problem space, I conduct research that informs service and design decisions and leads to meaningful outcomes. I’m experienced in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, managing different perspectives, and building consensus to drive human-centered change. My adaptive skillset and commitment to continuous learning make me confident in taking on new challenges and growing as a research and design professional.
